- How much does printing my logo on a coffee cup cost?
- Starter runs of 100 cups begin at $125 all-in — free shipping to the lower 48 included. Per-cup price drops fast at higher volumes: 8 oz hot cups land at about $0.42/cup at 1,000 units, and around $0.28/cup at 5,000 units. Every price shown on the site is a final total: no shipping surprises to the lower 48, no per-color upcharge, no plate or setup fee.
- Can I print in multiple colors or full color?
- Not yet. Sunhouse Supply prints one color per side — your logo, wordmark, icon, or line art in a single ink color (black, white, or a specific Pantone). One color forces cleaner design and prints beautifully on the cup surface. Multi-color and full-color CMYK printing aren't offered right now.
- How big can my logo be on each cup?
- Every cup size has a fixed maximum imprint area — we do not print edge-to-edge or full wrap. 2 oz and 4 oz espresso cups take up to 1.25" × 1". 8 oz hot cups take up to 3" × 1.5". 12 oz and 16 oz cups (hot and cold) take up to 3" × 2". If your artwork is larger, we'll scale it to fit and show you exactly how it lands on your free proof before anything prints.
- What logo file formats do you accept?
- Vector files work best: SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG (300 dpi at print size) also works. If your file needs cleanup — background removal, converting a raster to a clean single-color mark — our team handles it at no extra charge.
- Will I see my logo on the cup before it prints?
- Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof within 1 business day. You'll see your artwork sized, positioned, and rendered on the cup you chose. Nothing prints until you approve — and there's no payment collected until you approve either.
- What's the minimum order?
- 100 cups. Most custom cup printers require 500 or 1,000 as their floor — we intentionally kept a 100-tier so first-time customers can test a design, prove it out with real customers, then reorder at volume. 100 cups isn't our cheapest per-cup rate, but it removes the risk of committing to 1,000 of a design you haven't held yet.
- How long from order to shipped cups?
- Free digital proof within 1 business day. Once you approve the proof and pay, production runs 7–10 business days, then Ground shipping (free to the lower 48) adds 2–5 days depending on your ZIP. Door-to-door on a typical order is about 2–3 weeks. Faster? Rush production and expedited shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) are both available on request.
- Where are the cups made and shipped from?
- Everything is printed and shipped from the United States. Free Ground shipping is baked into every price for the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are quoted separately before you pay.
