Terms of Service
The rules and responsibilities that govern your use of Sunhouse Supply and your orders with us. Last updated: 6/13/2026.
1. Overview
Sunhouse Supply Co. ("Sunhouse," "we," "us," or "our") provides custom-printed disposable coffee cups and related products. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business entity to these Terms. All orders are presumed to be placed on behalf of a business.
3. Orders & Quotes
Orders are submitted through our online builder. After submission, we review your artwork and generate a digital proof. Pricing is quoted based on cup type, quantity, printing options, and shipping method. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Artwork & Proofing
You warrant that you own or have licensed all artwork, logos, and designs submitted. We provide a digital proof within one business day. Production does not begin until you approve the proof in writing (via email or the dashboard). You are responsible for reviewing the proof for accuracy — spelling, colors, placement, and sizing.
5. Production & Lead Times
Standard production is 7–10 business days after proof approval. Larger orders or complex jobs may require additional time. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. We will communicate any delays promptly.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full before production begins unless you have an approved Net-30 account. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
7. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping costs are quoted at checkout based on weight and destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage in transit. Claims for shipping damage must be filed with the carrier.
8. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be cancelled or modified at no charge before proof approval. After proof approval, cancellations are subject to a fee covering materials and setup costs already incurred. No cancellations are accepted after production has begun.
9. Returns & Defects
Custom-printed products are non-returnable except for defects in printing or material. If you receive defective cups, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will reprint, credit, or refund at our discretion. Minor color variance (within industry-standard CMYK tolerances) is not considered a defect.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your trademarks, logos, and artwork. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to fulfill your order. We retain ownership of our templates, processes, and tooling.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.
