Refund & Return Policy
How we handle reprints, refunds, and disputes for custom printed orders. Last updated: 6/13/2026.
1. Custom Products Are Non-Returnable
Because every order is custom-printed with your artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to printing defects (e.g., changed mind, over-ordering, or color preference).
2. Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with printing defects, material flaws, or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate and, at our discretion, offer a reprint, store credit, or refund.
3. What Is Not Considered a Defect
Minor color variance within standard CMYK printing tolerances is not a defect. Slight shifts in color between screen and print are expected. Artwork errors that were present in the approved proof (typos, wrong logo, incorrect sizing) are the customer's responsibility.
4. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged in transit, file a claim with the carrier immediately and notify us. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage.
5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at no charge any time before payment and before you approve the digital proof — just use the "Cancel order" button on your order page in your dashboard. After payment or proof approval but before production begins, cancellations are accepted by emailing orders@sunhousesupply.com and are refunded minus (a) payment processing fees (~3% of the order total) and (b) any setup, plate, or material costs already incurred. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. How to Request a Resolution
Email orders@sunhousesupply.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We aim to respond within one business day with next steps.
7. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Store credits are issued immediately and do not expire.
