How long does production take?

Standard production is 7–10 business days after artwork approval for orders up to 5,000 cups. Larger orders (10,000+) typically run 10–14 business days.

The clock starts the moment your artwork is approved — not when you place the order. We send proofs within one business day.

Can I rush an order?

Yes — two levers, handled at different steps. (1) Rush production: when you submit your order, open the "Need this faster than 2–3 weeks?" section and give us a target date plus any notes. We'll review feasibility against our current queue and email a rush quote you can accept or decline before you pay. (2) Expedited shipping: at the proof-approval step you'll see optional paid upgrades — 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air — on top of free Ground. You can use either lever, both, or neither.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. Shipping is free on every order to the contiguous 48 states — the price you see in the builder is your total. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international orders are quoted separately after you submit.

Anywhere in the United States. Contiguous 48 orders ship free. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments get a shipping quote by email after your order is submitted.

How long does shipping take?

Most lower-48 orders arrive within 5–7 business days after production wraps on free Ground. Need it sooner? At the proof-approval step you'll see optional paid upgrades — 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air — priced by order size.

How do I track my order?

The moment your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number. The tracking number is also clickable from your account dashboard — it opens the carrier's live tracking page in a new tab.

What logo file formats do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPG/JPEG, SVG, and PDF. PNG with a transparent background works best — free tools like Canva can handle background removal and resizing in a couple of clicks.

What if I don't have a print-ready file?

Upload whatever you have. We'll review it before production and send a free digital proof — if anything needs prep (background removal, resizing, converting to a single print color), we'll handle it at no extra cost.

What is the maximum print area on each cup?

Print area varies by cup size. 2 oz espresso and 4 oz hot cups: 1.25" H × 1" W. 8 oz hot cups: 3" H × 1.5" W. 12 oz hot cups and 10/12/16 oz cold cups: 3" H × 2" W. Live max print area is shown next to each cup size in the order builder, and we always send a free digital proof for approval before printing.

Do you offer design help?

If your logo needs light prep — background removal, resizing, or converting to a single print color — we'll handle it for free as part of every order.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes. Every order gets a digital proof within one business day. Nothing prints until you approve it.

How many print colors do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We currently print single-color logos only. Most coffee brands look sharpest this way, and it keeps pricing simple with no per-color upcharges. Multi-color and full-color printing aren't offered yet.

Can I print on both sides of the cup?

Yes. Choose one-side, the same design on both sides, or a different design on the front and back in the order builder.

What cup sizes and print placements are available?

We print on the sizes listed in our builder — 2 oz and 4 oz espresso, 8 oz and 12 oz hot, and 10/12/16 oz cold cups — with placement on the front, back, or both. Full wrap-around printing isn't offered yet.

How do I pay?

All orders are paid online at checkout via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payment is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level available.

Do I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes. A receipt is emailed automatically after checkout. Full order details are also available in your account dashboard at any time.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, where required by law.

Yes — a free account is created with your first order so you can track shipments and reorder later.

Can I reorder without re-uploading my logo?

Yes. Sign in to your dashboard, open any past order, and hit Reorder. Your logo, specs, and shipping address pre-fill — you can adjust quantity or anything else before confirming.

Where do I see my past orders?

Your account dashboard shows every order with its current status, tracking link, order date, and a Reorder button.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — before you approve your digital proof. Once you approve the proof and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or changed because printing has started. Email orders@sunhousesupply.com as soon as possible.

What if my cups arrive damaged or defective?

If cups arrive with a printing defect, material flaw, or don't match your approved proof, email orders@sunhousesupply.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll arrange a reprint, store credit, or refund. Shipping damage is handled separately: file a claim with the carrier right away, keep all original packaging, and notify us so we can help work it through with the carrier. Can I return cups I no longer need?

Custom-printed cups are made to order and can't be returned for change of mind. They're only returnable for manufacturing defects.
